I moved into Harbour Breeze two years ago with my son and soon to be daughter in law. We love the place. The staff has always been friendly to us and greeted us by name and with a smile. The maintenance there is awesome. Anytime I have had an issue they have been Johnny on the spot. Usually within 24 hrs of receiving my request. It has always been a quiet community with no issues with our neighbors.

Harbour breeze is the place to be if you like a scenic and quiet neighborhood. The renovated apartments are stunning. 24 hour laundry facility and gym is very useful. The staff are always friendly and with the office opened seven days a week is amazing. The pool, fireplace and cabana, and grilling area are awesome. The lake in the center of the community is very pretty and the trail that is around it is nice as well. I recommend the complex to anyone who asks me.
